The following activities are strictly prohibited on kjok and may result in permanent account closure:

• Bots & Automation: Betting or playing games using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to collect bonuses under multiple identities.
• Match Fixing: Betting using match-fixing or insider information.

Kjok may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or inaccurate information at the time of registration
• Failing or refusing KYC verification
• Involvement in Prohibited Activities
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Self-Exclusion at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@kjok.bet. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, provided no prohibited activity is involved.
